Accessibility Statement
We want everyone to be able to use LIVE NOW WELL Biblically, including people who use assistive technology.
Last updated: 4 October 2026
Our goal
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA across the website and member area.
What we have done
- Every page works with a keyboard, with a visible focus outline and a “Skip to main content” link.
- Text and buttons meet contrast requirements, in both light and dark appearance.
- Pages use proper headings, landmarks and labels so screen readers can navigate them.
- Every uploaded image needs a text description (alt text) before it can be published, unless it is purely decorative.
- Form errors are announced and explained in plain words.
- The layout adapts from small phones to large screens and is designed to keep working when text is enlarged.
- Animations are reduced if your device asks for reduced motion.
- Times for live sessions are shown in your own time zone.
Known limitations
- The Biblical Companion runs inside ChatGPT. Its accessibility is controlled by OpenAI.
- Some older PDF resources may not be fully tagged for screen readers. Ask us and we will send an accessible version.
- Captions on embedded YouTube videos depend on YouTube. We are adding transcripts for recorded sessions.
- We have not yet completed a full test with the NVDA and VoiceOver screen readers. We will update this statement when we do.
