Terms of Membership

The short version

• Membership gives you personal access to the LIVE NOW WELL Biblically system, library and Companion guidance.
• Monthly and yearly memberships renew automatically until you cancel. We remind you before each yearly renewal.
• New members can get a full refund within 14 days. After that you can cancel any time and keep access until the end of the period you paid for.
• The Biblical Companion is an AI tool, not a pastor, counsellor or emergency service.
• Nothing in these terms takes away the rights consumer law gives you where you live.

Who we are

LIVE NOW WELL Biblically is provided by PERSPECTIVE 4 LIFE - FZCO, a Free Zone Company registered in the Dubai Silicon Oasis free zone (IFZA), United Arab Emirates, DSO-IFZA, IFZA Properties, Dubai Silicon Oasis, Dubai, United Arab Emirates (“we”, “us”). Contact us at support@biblically-live-now-well.com. “You” means the person using the website or holding the membership.

Who can join

• You must be 18 or older, or 16–17 with the consent of a parent or guardian who agrees to these terms on your behalf.
• You must give accurate details and keep your password safe. Membership is personal: please don’t share your login.
• You are responsible for activity on your account unless it happened because we failed to keep it secure.

What membership includes

Membership gives personal, non-commercial access to the BE, LIVE, STUDY and WORSHIP pathways, the Prompt Library, the resource, book, video and audio libraries, live and recorded sessions as described on the Membership page, and guidance for using the Biblical Companion.

We regularly add and improve content. We may change, replace or retire individual items, as long as the membership as a whole stays substantially as described when you joined. If we make a change that is significantly worse for you, you can cancel and receive a proportionate refund for the unused time.

Plans, prices and payment

• Monthly — paid every month, renews automatically.
• Yearly — paid once a year, renews automatically.

The price, currency, billing interval and renewal terms are shown next to the Join button before you pay. Prices include VAT or similar taxes where the law requires them to; any tax that applies is shown at checkout. Payments are processed securely by Stripe.

If a renewal payment fails, we will email you and try again. If it still cannot be taken, your access pauses until the payment is updated.

Automatic renewal

By choosing a monthly or yearly membership you agree that it will renew automatically at the end of each period, using the payment method on file, until you cancel. We will:

• show the renewal terms clearly before you join and ask you to agree to them;
• email a reminder about 30 days before each yearly renewal, with the price and how to cancel;
• tell you at least 30 days in advance if the renewal price is going to change, so you can cancel first;
• let you cancel online, as easily as you joined.

Offers, free trials, invites and gifts

Discount codes. A code works only between the start and end dates shown with it, only in the way described (for example “20% off your first payment”), and one code can be used per payment. If a countdown is shown, the offer really ends when it reaches zero.

Free first month through an invite. If a member invites you, your first days are free for the period shown when you join. Your card is taken at the start and your membership then renews automatically at the normal price unless you cancel before the free period ends. We email you before the free period ends with the date, the amount and how to cancel.

Invite rewards. When someone you invited becomes a paying member (after any free period), you receive the reward described in your account. There is one reward per new paying member, you can’t invite yourself, and we may withhold rewards where the scheme is misused.

Gift memberships. A gift is paid for once and does not renew. It is for someone aged 18 or over, who redeems it with the code we email them; the membership then runs for the gift period. Before it ends we may invite them to continue, but nothing is charged unless they choose to join. Refunds for gifts follow our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Cancelling and refunds

14-day full refund: if you are a new member, you can cancel within 14 days of your first payment and receive a full refund — this also covers your legal right to cancel in the UK and EU.

After 14 days: you can cancel at any time in Account → Manage payment & billing. Your membership stays active until the end of the period you have paid for and then stops; we do not charge again. We don’t give partial refunds for unused time unless the law requires it.

The Biblical Companion

The Companion is an AI-based reflective guide that runs inside ChatGPT, a service provided by OpenAI under its own terms. It is configured to apply the LIVE NOW WELL framework through a conservative evangelical Biblical lens.

• It is not a pastor, church, counsellor, doctor, lawyer, financial adviser or emergency service, and it can make mistakes.
• Test what it says against Scripture, and bring important decisions to trusted people in your life and local church.
• If you or someone else is in danger, contact local emergency services now.

Acceptable use

Please do not:

• copy, resell, publish or share member content outside your personal use, except short quotes with credit;
• share your login or let others use your membership;
• try to break, overload or get around the security of the service, or scrape it with automated tools;
• upload or send anything unlawful, harmful, harassing or that you don’t have the right to share;
• use the service to train AI models without our written permission.

If these rules are seriously or repeatedly broken, we may suspend or close the account after telling you why, and refund any unused time where fair.

Content and intellectual property

The books, pathways, prompts, videos, audio and teaching on the service belong to us or our licensors and are protected by copyright. Your membership gives you a personal, non-transferable licence to use them for as long as you are a member. Scripture quotations remain subject to the terms of their publishers.

Other services

The service links to or uses other services, such as ChatGPT, Stripe, YouTube and podcast apps. Their own terms and privacy policies apply to your use of them, and we are not responsible for them.

Availability

We work to keep the service running smoothly, but it may sometimes be unavailable for maintenance or reasons outside our control. We will try to give notice of planned downtime.

Our responsibility to you

We provide the service with reasonable care and skill. We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care. We are not responsible for loss that was not foreseeable, for business losses, or for decisions you make based on the content or the Companion.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law, and nothing affects your statutory consumer rights — including the Australian Consumer Law guarantees and your rights under UK and EU consumer law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms to reflect changes in the law or the service. We will give members at least 30 days’ notice of significant changes by email. If you don’t agree, you can cancel before they take effect and receive a proportionate refund for any unused prepaid time.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates. If you live elsewhere, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of your country and can bring a claim in your local courts.
